REFUND POLICY
Returns & Exchanges
Return Window:
- 30 days from delivery date
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Emergency equipment that has been activated cannot be returned
Return Process:
- Contact us at support@gyrophareauto.com for return authorization
- Print the prepaid return label we provide
- Package your item securely with original packaging
- Drop off at designated shipping location
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
Return Conditions:
- Items must be in original condition
- All accessories and manuals must be included
- Items damaged by misuse are not eligible for return
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned
Refund Method:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping is free for defective items
Exchanges:
- Contact us to arrange an exchange
- Size/color exchanges subject to availability
- Defective items will be replaced at no charge
